1. Consultation

We talk and determine if I can help. I want to know if I’m the best resource for you right now.

I want to learn about you, your goals, and the things currently limiting you.

2. Assessment

We complete in person testing to understand where to start from.

We test the flexibility and strength of your joints and muscles. This gives us a clear direction to take to get to work without guessing.

3. Execution

We do the work. Access to coaching gives accountability, feedback, and consistency.

You get the education, mentorship, and exercises you need to develop confidence and competence.

4. Freedom

You enjoy physical and mental freedom and the joy it brings to your life. 

You continue to practice and maintain the lifestyle habits you’ve built.

Investment

Pricing varies by package of sessions and is dependent on your needs and goals.

We don’t know the package of sessions you will need until we talk and I learn more about you.

We consider where you’re starting from and what you want to accomplish.

Together, we determine the appropriate amount of sessions that’s going to be right for you.
